Corporate Counsel, Amazon Supply Chain Services

Amazon Legal is looking for a talented Corporate Counsel to support the commercial and go-to-market functions for the Amazon Freight and Amazon Air Cargo service offerings within Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS), a dynamic and rapidly growing business within Amazon.com.

• Key job responsibilities
• - Counseling the sales, and business development teams on a broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters.
• - Structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions.
• - Providing day-to-day input on business and strategy, and resolving issues that arise in commercial relationships.
• - Developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and building processes that address risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

• The ASCS legal team is embedded within Amazon Legal and partners directly with business leaders to enable one of Amazon's fastest-growing service offerings. We operate at the intersection of technology, logistics, and commerce — helping businesses of all sizes and industries leverage Amazon's logistics network. Our team values creative problem-solving, a bias for action, and building scalable legal frameworks that keep pace with rapid business growth. Basic qualifications

• - 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience
• - Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in-house work
• - Experience working cross functionally across several teams
• - Experience counseling on supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment services in a technology-driven environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
