This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Corporate Paralegal based in the United States.

  • The Corporate Paralegal will play a central role in supporting corporate governance, securities, financing activities, and legal operations within a growing organization.
  • This is a broad, hands-on position that combines day-to-day legal support with ownership of important corporate processes and strategic initiatives.
  • You’ll work closely with legal leadership while partnering with Finance, People, Executive Operations, and other business teams.
  • The role offers the opportunity to support complex transactions, maintain critical corporate records, and strengthen scalable legal infrastructure.
  • You’ll have significant autonomy and will be expected to bring structure, accuracy, and practical solutions to complex projects.
  • The environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with exposure to financing, equity, governance, diligence, and other strategic corporate matters.
  • This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an organized legal professional who enjoys ownership, variety, and continuous process improvement.
