Job Description

Lead the development and achievement of critical transformative corporate real estate and facilities initiatives and their associated outcomes. This role is responsible for creating and managing end-to-end programs that: align with organizational priorities, enable business outcomes, deliver to expectations including time, scope and budget components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of transformative programs engaging appropriate executive stakeholders, functional leaders and subject matter experts
  • Drive development of scenarios and associated frameworks establishing requirements and expected outcomes by engaging internal teams, external vendors, and executive leadership
  • Conduct appropriate analyses – including financial capital and expense requirements – to properly develop and assess options leading up to the creation of a final recommendation
  • Develop presentation materials including priorities, outcomes, roadmaps, timelines and budgets, securing approvals of all stakeholders and funding bodies
  • Commence approved programs activating required stakeholders for implementation including communication and launch meetings
  • Establish plan and method to monitor progress including proper and timely communication with stakeholders
  • Drive effective decision-making including resolution and/or escalation of at-risk elements, ensuring adherence to accountabilities seeking to accelerate and enhance outcomes
  • Conduct performance management Develop program close-out including lessons learned in order to enhance corporate best practices
  • Expected travel of 25%, with the potential to increase to 50% based on program needs

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 12 or more years of related experience, preferably in corporate and commercial real estate
  • At least five years of leading a professional level teams

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Ability to lead management and technical teams in creation and achievement of specified outcomes
  • Managing portfolio optimization to enable business requirements and outcomes
  • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate real estate and facilities' functions
  • Effective and proven management, leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills including supportive collateral development
  • Experienced and skilled working in executive settings with demonstrated communication, engagement and relationship management skills

Location expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
