Cost Control Manager

The Cost Control Manager oversees cost accounting, financial reporting, inventory controls, fixed assets, and CAPEX, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

What You Will Do

• •Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost closing and reporting.
• •Analyze cost variances, identify financial risks, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• •Ensure compliance with SOX, U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, and company policies.
• •Oversee inventory controls, fixed assets, CAPEX, and the Fixed Asset Analyst.
• •Partner with plant operations, engineering, and corporate finance to improve financial performance.

What We’re Looking For

• •Bachelor’s degree in accounting; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
• •5+ years of Finance, Controlling, or Cost Accounting experience, including leadership experience.
• •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, cost accounting, and CAPEX.
• •Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• •Advanced English and strong analytical and leadership skills.
