The Opportunity
As the senior executive responsible for all Bermuda operations, you will oversee the performance, growth, and strategic alignment of multiple business units while leading a team of experienced leaders across healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, property management, finance, HR, marketing, and technology.
Reporting directly to the Chairman & Group CEO, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, organizational growth, and a culture of accountability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership
You will:
Lead all Bermuda operations as an integrated operating group.
Execute the strategic direction established by the Board and Group CEO.
Translate business strategy into measurable operational results.
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and innovation.
Drive continuous improvement across all business units.
Financial & Commercial Leadership
You will have full responsibility for Bermuda's business performance, including:
Revenue growth
Profitability and EBITDA
Cash flow management
Budgeting and forecasting
Cost optimization
Capital expenditure planning
Financial governance and risk management
Operational Excellence
Provide executive oversight across:
Northshore Medical & Aesthetics
Clinical and patient services
Operational efficiency
Scheduling and capacity management
Patient experience initiatives
Northshore Medical Laboratory
Diagnostic and laboratory operations
Quality management systems
Accreditation compliance
Workflow and productivity optimization
Thrive Medical Cannabis Center
Clinical and retail operations
Regulatory compliance
Product and patient service management
Revenue growth initiatives
Brown's Property Management
Property operations and maintenance
Facilities management
Capital projects
Tenant relations
Growth & Business Development
Lead the development and execution of growth strategies through:
New healthcare and diagnostic services
Government and corporate partnerships
Strategic alliances
Insurance relationships
New revenue streams
Service expansion opportunities
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Champion modernization across the business by driving:
AI implementation and automation
Workflow optimization
Digital patient engagement
CRM enhancement
Business intelligence and analytics
KPI dashboards and performance reporting
Process redesign and efficiency initiatives
People & Culture
Lead and develop a workforce of approximately 50–100 employees through:
Talent acquisition and retention
Leadership development
Succession planning
Performance management
Employee engagement initiatives
Organizational culture development
Governance, Compliance & Risk
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements, including:
Healthcare and clinical regulations
Employment legislation
Privacy and data protection
Occupational health and safety
Corporate governance standards
Enterprise risk management
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior executive leadership role.
Demonstrated accountability for full P&L management.
Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary organizations.
Proven success managing multiple business units simultaneously.
Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
Experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, MHA, MSc Management, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, medical technology, or other regulated industries.
Experience leading organizations through periods of rapid growth.
Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, and business intelligence platforms.
