The Mission
Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 50,000 users make money on Whop every month, and this year users will earn over $5B. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.
Who We're Hiring
You own Brazil as a market — not a figurehead title. Sales motion, local talent bar, GTM, and making Whop Payments Network the default way people make money in-country. You close when needed, hire to the bar, and build the team that compounds.
Sales-shaped country owner — same three profiles, adapted for market ownership:
Founder who has made 7 figures (ideally built and sold in Brazil / Latin America — real revenue, not a vanity company), OR
President's Club winner / founding AE or founding GM who has been selling / opening markets for 2–8 years, OR
Worked a hardcore role with demanding hours (Investment Banking, MBB consulting, or any rigorous work that was 10–12+ hours/day) plus founder experience 1–8 years who can own a country P&L vibe — close, hire, and set culture
Fluent Portuguese required (written and verbal), with strong English. If you need a big corporate country org to feel important, this isn't your role.

Given the small size of our team, we pay best in class base + OTE with extremely competitive equity packages.
