Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Cranberry Conversion Operations Manager! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote.
The Cranberry Conversion and Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing fruit operations for the manufacturing network. You will manage cranberry storage, usage, and local transportation for optimal production quantities. You will also ensure that network plants and external customers receive quality requirements according to production plans. Additionally, you will manage long-term fruit usage strategies and represent conversion teams for the network.
A Day in the Life...
Must have freezer operations, temperature control, and contract negotiations experience.
Must be okay with traveling
- Responsible for controlling and optimizing the storage, inter-area transportation and usage of fruit, juice, presscake, essence and concentrate.
- Responsible for ensuring that OS plants and ITG and International customers receive correct quality attributes on time at the desired location.
- Represent Conversion in Corporate and Network meetings.
- Manages the long-term strategic fruit utilization model.

Education:
Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

At least 5 Years of Experience
Annual Salary:
$116,300 - $145,400
