Join our team at Mariani Landscape as a full-time Crew Leader for our Rockland location . This individual will oversee landscaping crews to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures, provide training, supervise crew activities, and address job site issues.

Responsibilities:

• •Supervise and coordinate the work activities of the crew.
• •Assign tasks and provide guidance and support to crew members.
• •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• •Train new crew members and provide ongoing training to improve skills and performance.
• •Monitor and report progress and issues to management.
• •Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• •Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• •Conduct regular inspections to identify any hazards or safety concerns.
• •Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• •Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the work process.

Required Skills:

• •Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• •Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• •Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• •Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• •Valid driver's license.
