About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM & Content Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing content within the Veeva Vault CRM platform, ensuring content is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and on time to support commercial and medical business ob jectives .

As a key member of the organization, you will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and help drive operational excellence that supports cycle readiness and omnichannel engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete content lifecycle within Veeva Vault, including content upload, metadata tagging, review and approval workflows, publishing to CRM, and content retirement.

Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Support content deployment to Veeva CRM and troubleshoot integration or visibility issues.

Serve as the primary point of contact for brands, agencies, and internal stakeholders regarding Vault-related requests and support.

Provide guidance on content standards, formatting requirements, and Veeva Vault capabilities.

Track, prioritize, and manage incoming requests while maintaining established service levels and delivery timelines.

Monitor content and data quality, generating operational reports and KPI metrics to support business decision-making.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and support system enhancements, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless content operations and delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business , Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.

2+ years of experience with Veeva Vault ( PromoMats preferred), CRM administration, or similar content management platforms.

Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments.

Understanding of content approval and review processes ( e.g. MLR/compliance review)

Veeva Vault Cer t if ication is an asset .

Experience working with external content agencies or vendors.

Experience leading or supporting process optimization and automation initiatives.

Technical Skills :

Strong knowledge of CRM configuration, including: w orkflows , l ifecycles , and d ocument types

Experience with metadata management and content taxonomy structures.

Understanding of user roles, permissions, and access management.

Experience supporting content deployment through Veeva CRM.

Ability to troubleshoot system, data, and process-related issues effectively.
