As a CRM Marketing Executive, you will manage day-to-day CRM campaign execution, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and campaign performance monitoring. You will work closely with Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product, Design, and Content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

You will also support the development of automated lifecycle journeys such as welcome campaigns, abandoned-cart reminders, reactivation campaigns, and other engagement initiatives. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, familiarity with CRM platforms, and an analytical approach to improving campaign performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• •Plan, execute, and manage CRM campaigns across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications .
• •Create and maintain customer audience segments based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, engagement, and other relevant attributes .
• •Set up and manage automated customer journeys, including welcome flows, abandoned-cart campaigns, reactivation journeys, and retention initiatives.
• •Coordinate with Design and Content teams to develop campaign creatives, messaging, and copy.
• •Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions, and retention .
• •Analyse campaign results and identify opportunities to improve targeting, messaging, timing, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• •Maintain CRM data quality, audience lists, customer records, and campaign hygiene.
• •Work closely with Performance Marketing and Product teams to align CRM initiatives with broader marketing and business objectives.
• •Support customer lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives across different stages of the user journey.
• •Ensure campaigns are accurately configured, tested, scheduled, and delivered on time.
• •Follow relevant platform policies, communication guidelines, and best practices, including WhatsApp marketing requirements .
• •Maintain campaign documentation, reports, and performance insights for ongoing optimisation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• •1–2 years of experience in CRM marketing, retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• •Hands-on experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms .
• •Good understanding of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and lifecycle marketing.
• •Familiarity with WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notification marketing .
• •Understanding of marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and performance metrics.
• •Ability to interpret campaign data and use insights to improve engagement and conversions.
• •Good understanding of email and WhatsApp marketing best practices.
• •Strong execution and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• •Ability to coordinate effectively with creative, content, product, and marketing teams.
• •Proactive approach with a willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve CRM campaigns.
