What You’ll Do

As a CSCT Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the emotional and behavioral health of students. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, while helping identify family dynamics and patterns that may contribute to a student’s behavior and overall well-being.

You’ll also:

• •Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, families, and other members of the treatment team
• •Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• •Provide assessment and therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• •Serve as an integral member of the student’s treatment team
• •Provide therapeutic learning and support during summer programming
• •Help create a positive, supportive environment where students can develop confidence and succeed

• •Starting salary: $69,264.00 for licensed candidates

Requirements

Education, Training & Experience

• •Master’s degree from an accredited program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a closely related field
• •Two years of experience working with children who have emotional or behavioral challenges is preferred
• •Training and/or experience providing individual, group, and family therapy

Certification/Licensure

• •Current Montana candidate-level license (PCLC, SWLC, etc.)
• •Eligible for licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Montana
• •Actively working toward full Montana licensure in accordance with the requirements of the Montana Board of Behavioral Health
