Shift:

2nd Shift , Monday - Friday, 2:30pm start plus mandatory overtime as required.

Pay: $18.50 (8% Shift differential added for 2nd shift making that equal to $19.98)

Job Summary

Performs custodial and light maintenance duties throughout the site.

Core Responsibilities

• •Empties trash containers.
• •Cleans parking lot and truck loading areas.
• •Replaces bulbs in light fixtures.
• •Performs minor plumbing responsibilities.
• •Ensures aluminum, plastic containers and waste paper are recycled.
• •Cleans and lubricates overhead doors and loading dock plates.
• •Operates hydraulic press uses for bailing of corrugated materials.
• •Performs landscaping duties to include mulching, seeding, bed edging, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, planting and snow removal.
• •Sweeps, vacuums, washes and waxes floors.
• •Cleans and maintains cafeteria, break room, bathrooms, customer service area, lobby and general offices.
• •Paints traffic marking, doors, walls, conveyors, racking, etc.
• •Performs acid etching and sealing of concrete floors.
• •Scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment.
• •Performing work area clean-up and safety related duties.
• •Diagnosing and perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs.
• •Insuring all make-ready repairs and services are completed.
• •Inspecting and helping coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services.

Qualifying Experience

• •High School or equivalent required or 1 year of related experience
• •Prior equipment experience including order picker and reach truck
