• Within the group, Orascoptic is a dental loupes business that is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.
• In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals and our sales representatives in Europe.

What is your role going to look like?

As a member of the European team, you will primarily support the German, Dutch, English, and Irish markets.

• •Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, handling their requests, orders, and possible complaints.
• •Work with or assist cross-functional departments within the company.
• •You will cooperate with our manufacturing facility in Jicin and the sales team for the related markets.
• •A big part of your day will involve order management – receiving, monitoring, reviewing, and processing customer orders in Oracle and SAP.
• •You can expect to receive requests primarily via email (CRM), via phone, and via Teams chat.

What will you bring?

Native-level (or C2) German and fluent English are required; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
