  • Gesamtverantwortlich für die Planung und vertragskonforme Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Operative Abwicklung von Kunden- und Intercompany-Aufträgen
  • Prüfung eingehender Verträge hinsichtlich sachlicher und fertigungsbezogener Vollständigkeit
  • Durchführung der Rechnungslegung (Anzahlung, Teilzahlung, Schlussrechnung, etc.)
  • Leitung von Sachstandsbesprechungen und Protokollierung der Arbeitsaufgaben mit Vertrieb, Fertigung und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Technische/kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder technisches/wirtschaftliches Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im vergleichbaren Arbeitsgebiet
  • Erfahrung in der Erfassung komplexer Sachverhalte und die damit verbundene Abbildung in SAP
  • Steuerliche, handelsrechtliche sowie vertragsrechtliche Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Grundlegende SAP und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
