Job Description

Customer Service, Digital, Sales Experience, and Inventory Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • - Assists customers’ journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
  • -Attends to sales and service needs of customers
  • -Approves and processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
  • -Processes payment for bills, purchases, and other transactions

Job Qualifications:

  • -Bachelor's Degree Holder (Graduate)
  • -Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing role;
  • -Willing to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays;
  • -Basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms);
  • -Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills;
  • -Proficiency in problem solving
