Customer Service Assistant

Acts as a liaison, providing product information and assists in resolving any emerging problems that our customers may encounter with accuracy and efficiency.

About the job:

• •Answers non-standard inquiries about the products ordered, product offerings, and offers minimal technical assistance. (40%)
• •Provides accurate, valid, and complete order information to customers. (30%)
• •Communicates with customers regarding price discrepancies, shipping information, dates and lead times. (20%)
• •Tracks product issues and identifies if trends exists; reports issues to manager. (10%)
• •Other duties as assigned.

About you:

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •Associate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
• •Five to seven years of experience
• •Proficient in MS Office
• •Analytical skills
• •Strong communication skills
• •Experience with SAP preferred
• •High attention to detail
