Cashier and Customer Service Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Cashier and Customer Service Associate, where you will play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. We are committed to providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases

- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions

- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure a well-maintained store appearance

- Maintain cleanliness of the store, including cleaning and tidying up work areas

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure safety and security

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Basic math skills and attention to detail

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning
