We are searching for a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with strong office and customer service skills who is comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment as needed. Job Duties and Responsibilities to learn and earn certification (included but not limited to):

• •Correctly enter feed orders into our Feed Mill Manager manufacturing program
• •Print orders, tags, BOL’s and related documents
• •Scan documentation to Accounting and maintain accurate records
• •Assist walk-in customers, phone customers and pickups
• •Address customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate solutions
• •Setup and coordinate shipping and delivery information
• •Prepare shipping labels and required documentation for LTL’s
• •Communicate fulfillment timing issues and changes with internal personnel and to customers
• •Assist with various Warehouse and Production tasks including 10# line, bagging, labeling and other tasks as needed
• •Willingness to learn and be able to operate a forklift

Physical Demands:

• •Ability to lift up to 60-pounds
• •Ability to work in dusty, cold, hot, humid, noisy environment
• •Withstand exposure to seasonal weather conditions
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment
• •This positon requires the ability to walk, kneel, bend, climb, etc.

Education and Experience:

• •High school diploma or GED required
• •Relevant experience preferred, but not required
• •Customer service and fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
• •Shipping and Freight setup experience preferred, but not required
