  • Manager / Order-to-Cash Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vollständige Auftragsabwicklung mittels SAP S/4HANA
  • (Order-to-Cash-Prozess: Auftragserfassung, Liefer-/ Transportanlage,
  • Rechnungsstellung, Dokumentenerstellung)
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Erledigung der anfallenden
  • Kundenkorrespondenz, Kommunikation mit Spediteuren / Dienstleistern
  • Berücksichtigung von Exportbestimmungen für Dual Use Güter

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Customer Service im Exportgeschäft
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SAP
  • S/4HANA, besonders Customer Service und Transportmanagement Module
  • Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit
