The role:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer (Export) to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE), in Penang, Malaysia.

As a Customer Service Officer (Export), you will:

• •Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure.
• •Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
• •Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
• •Check completed work for accuracy.
• •Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative.

Qualifications

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• •Export Experience in Freight Forwarding.
• •Attention to detail and accuracy.
• •The ability to work well with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• •To work with others in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
• •Proven data entry work experience.
• •Proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin as candidate need to support Taiwan customers.
