Daikin Applied is seeking a Customer Service Parts Order Management person who will work to achieve world class Customer Service within a team environment by answering customer requests in a timely fashion, processing orders efficiently and managing customer complaints to resolution while providing customers with an unrivaled experience. Location: Hybrid, Plymouth, MN

What you will do:

• •Fields incoming customer requests in Salesforce in a timely manner to assure efficiency in resolution.
• •Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely.
• •Acts as customer contact regarding pricing, lead time, and shipping questions.
• •Manages emergency requests for high priority situations.
• •Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints.
• •Work cross-functionally with other teams to resolve issues and manage requests.
• •Handles various special projects as assigned by manager
• •Creates and assists in process documentation

Minimum Qualifications:

• •High School Diploma or GED
• •2+ years of customer service experience
• •1 + year of Salesforce experience
• •Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $21.35 - $33.97 an hour in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
