Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building positive customer relationships?

Holbrook Heating seeks passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our expanding Customer Service team. This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18 to $19 and follows regular business hours, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 5:30 pm. The candidate must work on-site at Jamesville New York.

  • Customer Service Representative:
  • Respond to inbound calls and emails, handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide efficient resolutions.
  • Build rapport with customers, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements
