Customer Service Representative Full time (Wedding Services)

And we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to start immediately!

Client business Overview : A Large bridal service business with high volume of brides daily. Heavily women-employed company. Currently producing custom software system. In scale mode expecting significant growth.

Goal: Hire a bridal coordinator to manage client workflows, bookings, emails, customer service, and project management for brides throughout their journey with the company.

Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

Managing workflows and tasks in CRM (Dubsado)

Email communication and customer service

Invoicing and bookings management

Tools/Software to use:

Dubsado (CRM system) - must have experience or ability to learn quickly

Slack - for communication

Asana - for task management

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of proven experience as Customer Service Representative assisting international clients

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Impeccable interpersonal skills

Familiarities with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP

Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

Tech Savvy

Proactive attitude

Able to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection

Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Location: This is a remote, PH-based job

Salary Package: PHP 38,000/month
