Customer Service Technical Specialist (Trodo SIA / Latvija)

The Role

Passionate about cars and know your way around automotive parts? We’re looking for someone who combines strong mechanical knowledge with a customer-focused approach to help customers find the right parts for their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Navigate car parts catalogues efficiently to identify and locate automotive components, ensuring accurate and timely order processing

Assist customers with automotive-related and general inquiries, helping them identify and select the correct parts

Follow company communication guidelines and maintain the required tone of voice

Spot potential issues in customers’ component selections and provide expert recommendations for suitable alternatives when needed

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly car parts catalogues and automotive components

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for automobiles and enthusiasm for staying up to date with industry developments

Good English language skills, essential for communicating with foreign customers
