D2C Ecommerce Head (Footwear/ Fashion)

• About the Opportunity
• A fast-scaling D2C ecommerce leader in the footwear and fashion vertical, we’re building iconic consumer brands through data-driven customer journeys, agile supply chains, and performance marketing at scale. Our team ships daily product drops, personalizes digital experiences, and optimizes full-funnel conversion—all while maintaining brand authenticity and operational efficiency across India’s complex retail landscape.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end P&L for D2C footwear/fashion brands—defining strategy, KPIs, and go-to-market execution across owned channels.

Scale revenue via digital acquisition (paid/organic), retention, and lifecycle marketing—optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

Partner with product & supply chain to drive inventory velocity, margin health, and new launch success rates.

Own CX/UX roadmap for website/app—A/B test flows, reduce cart abandonment, and boost conversion rate.

Build and mentor a high-performing ecommerce team—planning, hiring, and performance-driven leadership.

Report to C-suite with clear dashboards on unit economics, churn, growth levers, and market share.
