Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei allen anfallenden Arbeiten auf den Baustellen
  • Vorbereiten von Materialien und Werkzeugen
  • Unterstützung bei der Montage von Dachelementen und Spenglerarbeiten
  • Arbeiten unter Anleitung
  • Aufräumtätigkeiten

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Kein Handwerkermaster? Kein Problem! Quereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.
  • Grundlegende körperliche Belastbarkeit und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen
  • Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (zur Verständigung auf der Baustelle)
  • Führerschein von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ältere Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls sehr willkommen!

Wir bieten Dir:

  • Vollzeitstelle (40 Stunden/Woche) mit unbefristetem Arbeitsvertrag
  • Einarbeitung durch erfahrene Fachkräfte – auch ohne Vorkenntnisse kannst Du bei uns durchstarten!
  • Unterstützung bei der Wohnungsfindung (falls erforderlich)
  • 50€ Tankgutschein als Beitrag zu Deinen Fahrtkosten
