About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) who has recently completed their graduation and has hands-on internship experience in data analysis . This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where data drives business decisions and product innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Collect, clean, and transform raw data into usable formats.
• •Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and trends.
• •Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau
• •Support data-driven decision-making across teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
• •Prepare detailed reports and present findings to internal stakeholders.
• •Collaborate with the tech team to ensure data integrity and quality.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics , or a related field.
• •Completed internship in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• •Proficiency in Excel, SQL , and at least one data visualization tool ( Power BI / Tableau ).
• •Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good to Have:

• •Exposure to data cleaning and ETL processes .
• •Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.
• •Familiarity with business metrics and KPIs.
