What You Can Expect

Join Zoom's Marketing Analytics team and help power the data infrastructure behind strategic marketing decisions. In this role, you will architect scalable ETL pipelines, build optimized data models, and ensure data quality across multiple marketing platforms, transforming raw data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets. You will collaborate closely with analysts and marketing stakeholders to surface actionable insights that shape campaign performance, attribution modeling, and customer journey analytics. This is a technical role with real business impact, where your engineering work directly influences how Zoom's marketing organization understands and acts on data.

About the Team

Zoom's Marketing Analytics team partners with the broader Marketing organization to deliver reliable, high-quality data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. The team combines deep data engineering expertise with a collaborative mindset, working to ensure that marketing decisions at Zoom are grounded in trustworthy, well-structured data.

Responsibilities

• •Design and implement robust ETL pipelines to integrate data from multiple marketing platforms and data sources
• •Develop optimized data models and schemas that support analytics and reporting requirements
• •Manage Airflow workflows for pipeline orchestration and dbt models for data transformation
• •Create and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• •Implement comprehensive data quality checks and monitoring systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
• •Partner with analysts to transform raw data into actionable insights for marketing stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• •5+ years of experience in data engineering
• •Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• •2+ years of hands-on experience with both Airflow for pipeline orchestration and dbt for data transformation
• •Strong expertise in AWS data services and cloud infrastructure
• •Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable, production-grade data solutions
• •Experience with marketing data and metrics such as attribution, campaign performance, or customer journey analytics; familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) or machine learning concepts applied to marketing is a plus
