Team Overview

• The Data Integration team enables the successful onboarding, processing, and operational management of client and data provider data across TransUnion platforms. The team partners with clients, data providers, product teams, and operational stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable, and reliable data integrations that support trusted data solutions and operational excellence. This role reports to the Manager I, Data Science and Analytics.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
• Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Support operational workflows for the onboarding and delivery of audience data, helping TransUnion meet commitments to clients, data providers, and partner platforms.

Serve as a technical bridge between clients, data providers, and internal teams to ensure data integrations are configured accurately and operate reliably.

Support enterprise client onboarding and implementation workflows, translating client requirements into implementation plans and actionable product feedback.

Configure and maintain data ingestion and delivery pipelines that support ongoing business operations.

Monitor data onboarding and delivery activities, and troubleshoot complex data collection, processing, and delivery issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the scalability, efficiency, and data quality of integration processes.

Maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, implementation activities, and troubleshooting procedures.

Apply data analysis and technical problem-solving skills to support operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance onboarding, processing, and data delivery outcomes.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

At least two years of experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, technical support, client onboarding, or a related operational technology environment.

Experience supporting enterprise clients and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve successful implementation outcomes.

Knowledge of data onboarding, ingestion, processing, and delivery workflows and how they support business operations.

Experience troubleshooting technical issues and translating business requirements into operational solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• •Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) for querying, analyzing, and troubleshooting structured datasets.
• •Experience with API (Application Programming Interface) integrations and file-based data delivery methods.
• •Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) or GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• •Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, data validation, and basic formulas.

Desired Skills

Experience working within advertising technology or marketing technology ecosystems.

Exposure to large-scale enterprise data integration environments.

Process improvement and operational optimization experience.

Advanced data analysis or reporting capabilities.

Experience working with agile and cross-functional delivery teams.
