Role & Responsibilities

Design and deploy machine learning models to predict clinician hiring trends, attrition risk, and skill-demand hotspots across Indian healthcare markets.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to ingest, clean, and transform heterogeneous healthcare workforce datasets.

Collaborate with product and HR teams to translate business problems into data-driven KPIs and visual dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.

Apply NLP techniques to parse and categorize unstructured clinician resumes and job descriptions for intelligent matching and recommendation.

Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and A/B testing of scoring logic.

Document modeling approaches and maintain reproducible experiments using Git, MLflow, or similar version control frameworks.
