Aufgabengebiet

  • Überwachen und Verwalten der offenen Forderungen
  • -Bearbeiten von Zahlungseingängen und Zuordnung zu den entsprechenden Konten
  • -Durchführen von Bonitätsprüfungen und Einholen von Kreditauskünften
  • -Erstellen und Versenden von Mahnungen an säumige Kunden
  • -Abstimmung und Klärung von Kundenkonten
  • -Unterstützen bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • -Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen
  • -Optimieren von Prozessen im Bereich der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Anforderungsprofil
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • -Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen und MS Office
  • -Genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • -Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
