Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

• •Maintain high level of customer service.
• •Assist in performing, implementing, and enforcing established daily operating procedures to ensure deli is clean, stocked, organized, and well kept.
• •Maintain quality brand image standards.
• •Maintain product quality and waste management.
• •Operate all food service processes: stock, label, date, rotate, prepare, and cook.
• •Execute proper food preparation, portion sizes, and the overall presentation of food.
• •Communicate any merchandising problems, price change requests, and equipment problems.
• •Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• •Follow and ensure all health and food safety regulations are met.

Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• •Effective communication skills.
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• •Understand food quality.
• •Strong work ethic.
