Description

The Deli Lead helps lead team members by ensuring the day-to-day convenience store operations are completed by performing, assisting, and guiding. The Lead Associate is a vital member of our organization playing an essential role in ensuring a positive experience for customers and great work environment for team members. The self-motivated, service-orientated individual will be accountable for demonstrating Northdale’s culture of exceptional customer service and team orientated mindset.

Responsibilities and Duties

• •Maintain high level of customer service.
• •Maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
• •Resolve cash tills at the end of shift.
• •Generate accurate till reports for each register.
• •Ensure all food is prepared and quality is maintained.
• •Manage and perform all check-out functions on a daily basis.
• •Communicate clearly and openly with customers.
• •Serve as the primary point-of-contact for customer service associates and customers when Assistant Manager and Store Manager are not present.
• •Assist in performing, implementing, and enforcing established daily operating procedures.

Qualifications

• •High School Diploma preferred.
• •6 months of retail experience preferred.
• •Effective communication skills.
• •Ability to motivate employees.
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• •Strong work ethic
