Job Summary



 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Delivery Business Systems Analyst located in North site.

Reporting to the IT Project Manager the Delivery Business Systems Analyst´s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• •Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency
• •Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation
• •Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables
• •Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status
• •Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption
• •Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •Basic English
• •Bachelor's degree ( IT, or related field)
• •Experience with computerized databases, and process guidelines
• •Experience SQL Server / Flex Flow/ Oracle
• •SharePoint content design and management
• •Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative conceptualization skills
• •Office skills: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database systems
• •Communication, analytical skills, critical thinking, teamwork, proactive mindset
