What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

First 30 Days: Foundation & Orientation

• •Deep dive into goML’s delivery models, methodologies, and customer portfolio
• •Understand ongoing projects, governance structures, and client expectations
• •Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and leadership
• •Review current delivery processes, tools, reporting standards, and best practices
• •Identify early opportunities to improve predictability and execution workflows

First 60 Days: Execution & Impact

• •Take ownership of multiple projects and ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
• •Drive core delivery governance including:
• •scope management
• •resource planning
• •timelines and milestone tracking
• •risk identification and mitigation

• •Engage with customers regularly to:
• •align on delivery goals
• •manage escalations
• •ensure satisfaction and transparency

• •Mentor project managers, coordinators, and technical leads to maintain delivery health
• •Ensure strong stakeholder alignment by balancing internal priorities and client outcomes

First 180 Days: Ownership & Transformation

• •Lead large-scale complex deliveries end-to-end with focus on:
• •quality
• •profitability
• •customer value
• •long-term engagement success

• •Build and scale a high-performing delivery team with accountability and collaboration
• •Contribute to growth by supporting:
• •pre-sales solutioning
• •effort estimation
• •proposal development

• •Identify delivery gaps and implement scalable best practices across programs
• •Strengthen goML’s reputation as a trusted partner by delivering consistent outcomes and nurturing long-term relationships

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

✅ Must-Haves

• •8+ years of experience in project and delivery management, ideally in AI / Data / Software services
• •Proven success managing multiple complex projects and cross-functional teams
• •Strong delivery leadership in:
• •planning

• •resource optimization
• •stakeholder communication

• •Excellent customer engagement skills:

• •escalation handling
• •expectation management

• •Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• •Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as:
• •JIRA, Trello, MS Project (or similar)

Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational capabilities
