What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist chairside with a variety of general dentistry procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain efficient room turnover
- Take dental X-rays and assist with clinical documentation
- Provide excellent patient care and education
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
- Help keep the clinical schedule running efficiently
- Work closely with the dental team to create a positive patient experience
- Collaborate with our neighboring specialty team when needed
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred
- General dentistry experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working chairside in a busy practice
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Experience with Open Dental, iTero, or CBCT is a plus , but we are willing to train the right person
Our Technology
You'll work in a modern practice equipped with:
- Open Dental
- iTero digital scanner
- CBCT
- Modern digital technology and equipment
Schedule
Approximately 38-40 hours per week:
*Some combination of our office hours below*
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2 Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Weekday off provided during weeks when a Saturday is worked

Requirements
Education and Training
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
- Valid X-ray certificate.
- Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
- CPR & first aid certificate.
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Operations Manager
