Norcross Dental Associates is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team! We offer a supportive work environment, competitive compensation, and a fantastic four-day workweek with no Fridays or weekends!

Our practice operates with a dual-column hygiene schedule and a dedicated hygiene assistant, allowing our hygienists to focus on what they do best—providing exceptional patient care!

Work Schedule

Monday

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday–Sunday

Responsibilities

• •Provide thorough dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
• •Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• •Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and periodontal health.
• •Utilize digital technology, including iTero, to enhance patient education and treatment planning.
• •Collaborate with our dentists, hygiene assistant, and clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience.
• •Build lasting relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• •Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia.
• •Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• •Strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
• •Ability to work collaboratively in a dual-column hygiene environment.
• •Experience with Open Dental and iTero is a plus, but not required!
• •Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Requirements

Education and Training

• •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• •Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
• •Current CPR certification
• •Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
• •Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
• •Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
