About the Role

We are seeking a motivated System Design Engineer to join our R&D team and contribute to the development of advanced air conditioning, heat pump, and refrigeration systems . This role will be responsible for system design, performance validation, reliability improvement, and technical verification to support key business growth projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop refrigeration, air conditioner, and heat pump systems.
  • Perform system cycle analysis and optimize product performance.
  • Develop and define functional specifications and control logic.
  • Conduct laboratory testing, performance evaluation, and reliability verification.
  • Analyze test results and implement design improvements.
  • Verify and validate parts, components, and system compatibility.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product development and commercialization.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, refrigeration, or air conditioning systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a laboratory and testing environment.
