Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• •Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern web technologies.
• •Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.
• •Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners to deliver business solutions.
• •Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• •Support CI/CD implementation, deployment activities, and production releases.
• •Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• •Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• •Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• •Ability to drive technical excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is an advantage.
• •Exposure to cloud-native application development on AWS.
• •Experience in enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
