Your Role

• •Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• •Handle support tickets, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
• •Support and maintain Databricks jobs, PySpark applications, and data pipelines.
• •Analyze data quality issues and coordinate with development teams for fixes.
• •Perform job monitoring, failure analysis, and recovery activities.
• •Provide operational support and continuous process improvements.
• •Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application performance.

Your Profile

• •Strong knowledge of **Python, PySpark, and Databricks** for data processing and pipeline development.
• •Good understanding of **Finance domain** concepts, data flows, and business processes.
• •Experience in **L2 Production Support** and incident management.
