ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, Instagram-savvy and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Specialist who understands trends, editing and what makes people stop scrolling.

You will work across two visually driven businesses:

Premium Luxury Interiors + E-commerce Jewellery

Management will provide the overall brand direction and marketing strategy . You will independently own the day-to-day Reel ideas, trend research, content creation, editing and Instagram execution .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

INSTAGRAM & REELS — PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• •Research latest Instagram trends, Reels, audio, hooks, formats, transitions and viral content .
• •Track competitors, creators and trends across interiors, luxury, fashion, jewellery and lifestyle .
• •Independently generate Reel ideas and adapt trends creatively for our brands.
• •Convert raw footage, project videos, product photos and videos into engaging Reels.
• •Edit Reels with strong hooks, pacing, text overlays, transitions, music and CTAs .
• •Manage Instagram Reels, Stories and day-to-day content execution .
• •Analyse views, retention, shares, saves, engagement and follower growth to improve future content.

JEWELLERY CONTENT

Create aesthetic and engaging content around:

Jewellery Styling · Product Showcases · Fashion Trends · Festive Content · UGC · Transitions · Lifestyle Content

Experience or strong interest in fashion, jewellery, beauty or lifestyle content is a major advantage.

INTERIOR CONTENT

Create content around:

Luxury Homes · Before/After · Design Tips · Project Walkthroughs · Transformations · Behind-the-Scenes · Founder Content

AI & ADVANCED CONTENT TOOLS

• •Strong working knowledge of AI-powered content creation and video tools .
• •Experience with tools such as OpusClip, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Runway, Kling, Veo, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity .
• •Use AI for Reel creation, video repurposing, scripting, hooks, voiceovers, subtitles, visual generation, editing and content ideation .
• •Actively explore new AI tools that can improve Reel quality, speed and creativity .

META / FACEBOOK ADS — ADDED ADVANTAGE

Knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads is an advantage.

Management will provide the strategy, budgets and direction . You should be able to assist with campaign execution, monitoring and basic optimisation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• •2–3 years of hands-on Instagram/Reels/content experience.
• •Excellent Reel editing and visual storytelling skills.
• •Strong understanding of Instagram trends, viral formats and content hooks .
• •Ability to independently research and create fresh Reel ideas.
• •Strong aesthetic sense, especially for premium, luxury and fashion-led content .
• •Comfortable learning and using new AI and content-creation tools .
• •Basic understanding of Instagram analytics and content performance.
• •Meta Ads knowledge is an added advantage.
