Our Digital Marketing Division is now seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager (App) to oversee, plan and manage global app marketing campaigns across performance and brand activity. Reporting into the Digital Media Director, you will lead app marketing strategy, drive user acquisition and retention, and optimise global campaigns to deliver against revenue and efficiency targets. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Lead the global App Marketing strategy across performance and brand campaigns, driving user acquisition and retention to achieve revenue and efficiency targets.
- Develop and oversee global KPI frameworks, measurement plans and incrementality studies, using data and insights to measure campaign uplift and inform future strategy.
- Lead App Store Optimisation (ASO) activity and oversee organic app performance against installation and revenue goals.
- Plan, manage and optimize global media activity across Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic channels, including day-to-day budget allocation and spend.
- Drive continuous A/B testing, data analysis and reporting to optimise campaign performance, identify opportunities and resolve issues.
- Lead the App Marketing team and collaborate closely with key stakeholders, regional marketing teams and internal creative teams to ensure effective global execution and localisation.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging techniques, identifying opportunities to innovate and evolve app marketing strategies while ensuring content and activity meet channel best practices.
The type of person we are looking for:
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience within a large or corporate setting, with a proven track record of developing and executing multi-platform strategies.
- Strong app marketing experience, with a deep understanding of performance channels, analytics and mobile attribution platforms (MMPs), such as Adjust.
- A data-driven problem solver with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and a clear focus on achieving KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A confident and effective communicator with professional fluency in spoken and written English.
- A continuous learner who is eager to grow, innovate and adapt alongside evolving industry trends.
- A Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or Digital Marketing would be preferred, but is not required.
