• This is a senior remote leadership role overseeing project management operations across a complex advisory services environment.
• You will lead and develop a team of project managers while maintaining direct involvement in high-priority client and delivery initiatives.
• The role combines people leadership, project governance, operational excellence, risk management, and client engagement.
• You will help standardize delivery practices, improve reporting, and introduce technology and automation to increase efficiency and consistency.
• As a player-coach, you will guide teams through complex projects while strengthening their capabilities, processes, and performance.
