Vicoland gives the professional services market a new dimension: Virtual Companies – “Vicos”. We invented Vicos as a new type of supplier, more efficient than traditional professional services firms (consultancies, system integrators, agencies etc.). We have received 20 million € in round A financing.

Vicos may consist of freelancers, SMEs and AI agents. They organize through our AI-driven SaaS platform to act like real companies, competing successfully for large enterprise projects, e. g. ERP introductions or AI transformations. Vicos have proven to be more cost-efficient and to deliver better quality than traditional companies.

Already, 120+ Vicos with thousands of freelancers work on projects for enterprise clients like BASF, Miele, Siemens or Daimler and many SMEs. They also serve leading professional services firms as subcontractors, including Accenture, Infosys and Roland Berger. Forbes and Forrester have named Vicoland as a leading force transforming the market.

Our certified platform is key to our success. It provides the full digital infrastructure which makes Vicos come true as a new form to organize human labor and human-agentic interaction. It covers end-to-end all essential areas: marketing, finance, legal, and organization.

Given its ambitious and transformative purpose, our platform is highly complex (though easy to use). Developing it further takes people who understand what the entrepreneurs on our platform, the Vico Leads, need: they must be able to run their Vico end-to-end without overhead and with minimal effort.

We are scaling our go-to-market and need a leader who wins new business for our Vicos and makes sure our platform does what Vico Leads need.

Tasks

Shape the market

Position Vicoland with enterprise clients as the strategic alternative to traditional professional services models.

Question established sourcing models and demonstrate why Vicos deliver better outcomes.

Develop go-to-market strategies tailored to specific client contexts.

Build thought leadership through events and LinkedIn presence.

Win and grow clients

Develop and own a portfolio of enterprise clients and partners – from strategic outreach through close to long-term expansion.

Win new business together with Vico Leads, and learn from every deal what the platform must do better.

Lead and enable Vico Leads

Be the go-to person for Vico Leads on the platform: help them solve problems, and bring in engineering where needed.

Supervise and coach Vico Leads in your client group – hold them accountable for delivery quality and commercial performance.

Activate new Vico Leads and help them grow their own marketplace business on the platform.

Continuously define the platform and shape the company

Translate the real problems, needs and workflows of Vico Leads into concrete requirements and feature requests for our engineering team.

Prioritize features by impact on business and shape the platform roadmap.

Follow each feature to release, check whether it works for Vico Leads, and drive our NPS.

Bring market intelligence, client feedback, and competitive insight into the organization and our product.

Help define how we scale: processes, tools, talent, culture.

Requirements

5+ years in professional services (e. g. consulting, system integration, sales of complex products) or in a product-driven start-up or scale-up.

Proven consultative selling capacity: you can win complex enterprise deals by advising, not pitching.

Solid understanding of digital products: you like working with users and engineers alike and you can define requirements that engineers can make real.

Thorough and pragmatic: you think problems through and deliver concrete results.

Challenger mindset: you shape how clients and the market at large think about professional services sourcing and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders.

AI-affinity: you actively use AI tools and understand the strategic implications of agentic AI for professional services.

Entrepreneurial energy – you are drawn to building markets, not administering existing ones. Own entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.

Strong academic background, fast career progression, proven commercial impact.

Fluent in German and English (DACH is our home market, while we expand internationally).

Network power: you have and build valuable relationships easily.
