Director, Distribution Strategy Office

Manulife’s Distribution Strategy team in Hong Kong is mainly focuses on driving strategy for Distribution Channels and supporting end-to-end implementation to create value for Manulife Hong Kong.

Position Responsibilities:

• •Develop distribution strategy for Agency, Bancassurance and Brokerage channels
• •Analyze market landscape and identify growth opportunities, design initiatives to capture the opportunities and mitigate potential risks/challenges
• •Deliver strategic projects, including solution design, end-to-end deployment and change management
• •Prepare presentation materials to engage with key stakeholders
• •Coordinate within Distribution team, gather inputs/suggestions on improvement areas and iterate the solution design

Required Qualifications:

• •Candidate with top-tier management consulting background is highly preferred
• •Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• •Good communication skills in both written and verbal communication
• •Possess relevant experience and expertise in Hong Kong market
