This is an outstanding chance to lead a critical function in a company known for innovation and excellence!

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the worldwide end-to-end Invoice to Pay process—from invoice receipt and capture through matching, approval, payment, and supplier inquiry—defining the strategy, standards, and multi-year roadmap.
  • Define and govern global process development, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency across regions, entities, and shared service centers while meeting local statutory requirements.
  • Drive touchless processing through automation, AI/ML, OCR, and e-invoicing capabilities, partnering with IT and Finance Systems on ERP and tooling roadmaps.
  • Establish and report global benchmarks and SLAs (e.g., touchless rate, first-pass match rate, cycle time, timely payment, cost per invoice) and lead continuous improvement to close performance gaps.
  • Coordinate the I2P internal control framework, including SOX compliance, segregation of duties, payment fraud prevention, and audit readiness, in partnership with Internal Audit and Compliance.
  • Act as a strategic collaborator with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, Controllership, and business leaders to coordinate upstream and downstream Procure to Pay processes and address cross-functional challenges.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of process leads and managers, building a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Champion change management for global process rollouts, system implementations, acquisition integrations, and new entity onboarding.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 15+ years of advancing experience in Accounts Payable, Procure to Pay, or Finance Operations.
  • 5+ years in global process ownership or senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record designing and implementing global, end-to-end I2P processes in a complex, multi-entity, high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and I2P automation tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, OCR and e-invoicing solutions).
  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls, global e-invoicing and indirect tax mandates, and payment compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives across geographies.
  • Practical experience applying AI tools and capabilities, including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor, in a finance or business context.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and executive partner management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
