◆職種名：売買仲介営業

Capital Marketsではオフィス、賃貸住宅、物流施設や商業施設をはじめ、データセンターなどのオルタナティブ不動産まで、あらゆる商業用不動産の売却や取得をサポートします。

JLLのグローバルネットワークを活用し、国内外からの評価や市場判断を加味した効果的な売却を実現。 また、取得においては、すべて投資家の目線に立った最適なアドバイスを行います。

◆主な業務内容：収益不動産（投資用及び事業用不動産）の売買仲介営業

• •クライアントの要望に応じた売却情報の収集、分析・調査、提案書の作成
• •物件選定及び物件紹介、現地案内等
• •不動産売買契約、重要事項説明、引渡し業務全般
• •証券化案件のクロージング業務
• •契約書類作成、条件交渉等、上記に付随関連する業務

取扱物件：事業用不動産（オフィス、開発用地、物流施設、商業施設等）

主なクライアント：国内・海外の事業法人、不動産投資家、金融機関等

正社員（期間の定めなし）

【就業時間・休日】

• •就業時間： 9:00～17:10（休憩60分）
• •フレックス勤務制： コアタイム有
• •リモートワーク： リモート可（週2日以下の場合）
• •休日： 週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始

【給与】

残業代：なし ＊ 管理職の場合

賞与：有り（コミッション制）

試用期間：有

【必須条件：経験・スキル】

• •不動産業界、金融業界、商社などで法人営業経験2年以上
• •MS Office（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）の基本操作スキル
• •高いコミュニケーション能力
• •4年制大学卒以上

【歓迎する経験・資格】

• •不動産仲介会社で売買仲介の業務経験（重要事項説明書、売買契約書等の作成など）
• •宅地建物取引士＊宅地建物取引士資格について未取得の場合は、入社後取得必須です
• •不動産鑑定士資格者
• •英語力：ビジネスレベル
