Director of Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Marketing based in Ireland.

• This role sits at the center of the go-to-market strategy, shaping a modern demand generation engine across the EMEA and APAC regions.
• You will own the strategy, systems, and execution required to generate predictable, efficient pipeline and support sustainable revenue growth.
• As an individual contributor, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution to establish and scale demand generation capabilities.
• You will leverage AI, automation, predictive analytics, and experimentation to improve targeting, personalization, conversion, and marketing efficiency.
• Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and data teams, you will create strong alignment between marketing activity and commercial outcomes.
