• This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on strengthening credit risk oversight across a growing Banking-as-a-Service and fintech partner ecosystem.
• You will lead a second-line credit risk function designed to support responsible growth while maintaining strong risk governance and independent oversight.
• The role combines strategic leadership, portfolio analytics, counterparty risk management, credit governance, and regulatory engagement.
• You will oversee a team of Partner Credit Risk Managers and provide credible challenge to partner models, underwriting strategies, assumptions, and performance expectations.
• Your work will help identify emerging risks, manage concentrations and exposures, and protect the financial resilience of partner programs.
• You will collaborate extensively with fintech partners, internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and regulators in a highly evolving financial services environment.
