Director of Program Management

• This is a senior program leadership role at the center of a growing Data & Technology organization.
• You will drive execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Platform, and business teams, turning strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
• The role focuses on complex, cross-functional initiatives where alignment, sequencing, dependencies, and organizational readiness are critical.
• You will bring structure to ambiguity while developing scalable planning processes, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks.
• You will partner with leaders and teams across the organization to remove blockers and maintain momentum on high-impact programs.
• The role also provides an opportunity to evolve agile and AI-enabled ways of working across a distributed technology environment.
• This is a remote position in the United States, suited to an experienced operational leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
